Commission Terms

Each custom piece begins with collaboration and ends with clarity. Our terms are designed to support a thoughtful, respectful process that honors both your vision and our craft.

While Artisenza does not currently advertise custom commissions, select projects may be considered by inquiry. If accepted, each commission is developed through a collaborative process that aligns with the studio’s structure, clarity, and intent. The terms below outline how we work, including timeline, revisions, delivery, and file usage, should a custom project move forward.

Project scope and process

All commissions begin with a project inquiry, followed by a consultation to clarify tone, concept, and technical requirements. Once the scope is confirmed, production begins. Delivery includes a high-resolution digital file suitable for professional printing, typically in a 60 by 40 inch format at 300 DPI unless otherwise discussed.

Timeline

Timelines vary depending on scope and studio availability. Most custom works are completed within three to four weeks. An estimated delivery date will be provided following your consultation. If you have a specific deadline, please notify us before confirming your commission.

Revisions

Each commission includes up to two rounds of refinements. These adjustments may address tone, composition, or detail based on your feedback. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately, depending on complexity.

Ownership and file usage

You receive a personal-use license to print and display your commissioned artwork. Files may not be resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written agreement. Artisenza retains the right to feature the final work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless exclusivity is requested in advance.

Payment and cancellation

Custom commissions require full payment in advance to begin production. Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted and payments are nonrefundable. We are committed to delivering work that aligns with your expectations and will support you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction within the agreed scope.

File delivery

Final artwork is delivered via secure download in high-resolution format. If you experience technical issues or require an alternate format, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
