What kind of artwork does Artisenza offer?
Artisenza offers high-resolution digital artworks rooted in Earth’s structure and geologic history. Our collection includes custom commissions and curated editions designed for large-format printing. Each piece is created with care, informed by science, and shaped through digital craft to reflect clarity, story, and deep time.
Do you ship internationally?
Artisenza does not ship physical products. All artwork is delivered as a high-resolution digital download, accessible worldwide. This format allows collectors across the globe to enjoy our work without the environmental impact or delays of shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive a secure link via email and can also access your files through your account. If you experience any delay or technical issue, please contact us so we can assist promptly.
What is included with a digital download?
Each digital download includes a high-resolution image file formatted at 40 by 30 inches, 300 DPI, and optimized for professional printing. Files are prepared for clarity, tonal balance, and large-scale display. A personal-use license is included, allowing you to print and display the artwork for noncommercial purposes.
How do I print and frame my artwork?
Artisenza provides high-resolution files suitable for professional large-format printing. We recommend using a trusted local print studio that offers archival-grade paper or canvas. Framing is entirely at your discretion. Our 40 by 30 inch format is compatible with standard gallery and custom framing options.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all Artisenza artwork is delivered as a digital file, purchases are final and nonrefundable. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, we are here to help. Please contact us within seven days of purchase, and we will provide a working file.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. Artisenza offers custom commissions developed through close collaboration. Each piece is designed to reflect your vision while staying true to the structure and values of the studio. To begin a custom request, please visit our contact page and select “Commission Request.”
Is your production environmentally friendly?
Yes. Artisenza works exclusively in digital formats, which eliminates the need for packaging, shipping, and physical materials. By offering high-resolution downloads rather than printed products, we reduce waste and emissions while allowing collectors to choose local, sustainable printing options if desired.
