From file delivery to resolution support, our goal is to ensure that every step of your experience reflects the same care and intention as the artwork itself. This page provides guidance on delivery timelines, file access, and how we assist when something unexpected occurs.
Digital downloads
All artwork is delivered as a high-resolution digital download. Files are made available immediately after checkout, either through a secure email link or within your account. Each download is formatted at 40 by 30 inches, 300 DPI, and prepared for personal printing or display. All files are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, modified, or distributed in any form.
Because digital goods cannot be returned, all sales are final and nonrefundable. If you encounter a technical issue such as a corrupted file or incomplete download, please contact us at support@artisenza.com within seven days of purchase. We will provide a working version promptly.
Custom orders
Custom commissions are developed through direct collaboration and delivered as high-resolution digital files. Since each piece is created specifically for the client, these commissions are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun. If you have concerns about your file, please contact us so we can assist with a resolution.
Incorrect or incomplete files
If a file is incorrect or missing elements, please reach out within seven days of your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review and correct the file as needed.
Digital format only
Artisenza does not offer physical products or shipping. All artwork is provided as downloadable digital files. Any references to packaging or shipment in older materials no longer apply and do not reflect our current model.
