Shipping & Returns

We believe every detail matters, even the journey from our hands to yours. Our shipping and return practices are designed to be clear, thoughtful, and rooted in care.

From how we package each piece to how we handle the unexpected, our goal is to make every step feel as considered as the artwork itself. This page offers guidance on shipping timelines, return eligibility, and how we support you if something goes wrong, always with the same intention we bring to everything we make.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping rates are based on the size of your artwork, the type of frame, and the destination. Exact costs and delivery estimates are provided during checkout once you enter your shipping address. We aim to keep shipping transparent and fairly priced, and rates may adjust based on location or courier availability.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. Most orders arrive within three to six business days once they have left our production facility. Please note that shipping time begins after the artwork has been produced. Fulfillment details are available on each product page.

Custom orders and returns

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. However, we are happy to help if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if the wrong product was sent.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us at support@artisenza.com within thirty days of receiving your item. Include a description of the issue, your order number, and a few photos to help us assess and resolve the situation quickly.

Lost or unclaimed packages

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within thirty days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to track it down or arrange a replacement. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us and remain unclaimed for over thirty days will be donated.

Refund processing

For eligible claims, refunds are typically issued within five to ten business days after your request is approved. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Special considerations

For safety and hygiene reasons, sealed items such as face masks cannot be returned. If these items are sent back to us, they will be safely discarded.

Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated confirmation. We’re here to make things right.
