The Elephant does not hang on a wall. It alters the gravity of the room — its silence, its weight, its conversation with light.

The African spirit was already there, sleeping inside the grain. The blade did not create. It listened, then removed what was covering the form.

Two ancient memories. One body. The savanna and the walnut grove. Neither diminishes the other.

The tusks carry hand-applied gold leaf — not ornament, but memory of ivory. An option for those who wish the contrast spoken aloud rather than whispered.
