Woven Art – Heritage Hand-Knotted Textiles
Traditional Ghiordes knots. Hand-spun wool and natural root dyes. Woven not for decoration, but as architectural heritage.
Our textile collection preserves historic weaving mastery, moving far beyond standard floor coverings. Every rug is hand-woven on traditional looms by master artisans – techniques that modern machinery cannot replicate. Carrying official Geographical Indication (GI) certification, these pieces are curated for interior architects, private estates, and collectors who view textiles as fine art.
Material & Craft
The Knot: Hand-knotted using the historic Ghiordes double-knot technique. Built to last for generations.
The Material: Premium, long-staple local wool, hand-spun.
The Dyes: Natural root extracts. The colors shift subtly under changing gallery light – a quality no synthetic can match.
The Design: Authentic historical iconography – classical Oushak, complex Lotto and Holbein geometries, and the powerful symmetry of Chintamani motifs.
